How does ASMshares work?
It is quite simple, you make a deposit into ASMshares and we pay out once a month based on your deposit level as of the end of the previous month. Currently payouts are made on the 25th of the month and paid directly into your processor account. You can keep track of expected interest rates on the Payouts page.
How do I get paid?
Interest is paid at the end of the following month after it has accrued. For example, if you make a deposit any time during May, your first interest payment will be at the end of June. We will announce the percentage interest to be paid on about the 10th of the month and payments will be made from the 25th of the month. You do not need to request payouts as these are done automatically. You cannot compound your earnings within the system but you can obviously compound manually by making another deposit from your earnings.
How do you calculate the interest paid for each month?
We will pay out to our members 50% of the net profits we make each month. These profits come from three sources of income: our investments in autosurf programmes; other online investments; plus income from our AutoSurfMonitor.com website. From our gross profits we deduct all our expenses such as website hosting and staffing costs. As most online programmes operate on fixed term units that expire after a period, we also need to reinvest part of our gross profits in order to maintain our future growth. Of the remaining net profits 50% are paid out to our members.
How much can I expect to earn?
We manage this scheme just like any good fund manager. We have a diversified portfolio that ensures sustainable profits without risking significant funds into any one programme. That means we can ride out any major shocks, such as the failure of a prominent programme. We are now able to offer a variable interest rate between 2% and 20% depending on our income in any one month. Remember, these are REAL PROFITS generated from your ASMshares membership fee and that your deposit can also be withdrawn at any time. These are the kinds of returns you might expect from a private investment fund, except that such funds typically have a minimum of $10,000 deposit requirement! Our minimum deposit is rather lower.
How do I know you will pay?
So much on the internet is based on a programme's reputation as being a consistent and fast payer. To prove that we do pay as promised we have decided to be listed on a small number of monitoring sites. These are sites where, rather like AutoSurfMonitor, we pay a listing fee which is then reinvested in our scheme. This means all our payouts are logged and can be seen by the public. As a new scheme, we feel this kind of public scrutiny is necessary and helpful. We do not list ASMshares on AutoSurfMonitor as we are not an Autosurf. We have, however, created a special category for ASMshares and put in a nominal $100 deposit so that you can see the percentage payouts every month.
What is the minimum deposit?
Currently the minimum deposit is $50. Whether you are a new or existing member each individual deposit must be $50 or more. You may deposit in $10 units, for example, $80 or $220, but you cannot deposit a mere $10 or $20. Please note, managing many small accounts is time-consuming, especially as everything is checked manually. As ASMshares grows we will periodically raise the value of the minimum deposit. As our reputation grows we feel such moves are justified. We want to spend as much time as possible earning money for us all rather than administering accounts.
Can I withdraw my deposit?
Yes, your deposit can be withdrawn at any time. To maintain the stability of the program there is a 25% withdrawal fee if you wish to withdraw your deposit within 3 months. This drops to 10% after 3 months from the date the deposit was made. If you make multiple deposits each deposit is treated separately and subject to the above terms. There is no fee on payouts. To withdraw your deposit just send us an email.
Can I check the progress of my account?
For security reasons all data is kept offline. As we pay out only once a month there is no 'progress report' to look at apart from your current deposit. We suggest you print out all our emails so you have a record of your account details, deposits made and payouts received. You can also check details from your payment processor account.
Could I lose money?
There are no guarantees in the world of either online or offline investments. You need only take a look at how the world's stockmarkets have done over the past 5 years. If you want a guarantee then look to your local bank. Having said that, we do offer you one guarantee. We guarantee that if at any time in the future we are unable to continue with this scheme then we will refund your deposits in full less any interest payments that have been already made. How many programmes can guarantee that? Please also note that we currently also guarantee a minimum of 2% interest per month due to our success so far.
Do you have a referral or affiliate scheme?
Yes, if you refer a new member you will receive 10% of their earnings every month. Please make sure your referrant has your ASMshares ID and enters it in the memo or note field.
We will accept email confirmation of your ID from your referrant but no later than 24 hours from when they join.
You can only earn a commission if you are a paid member of ASMshares.
How do I make a deposit?
We currently accept deposits made using either e-gold, e-Bullion, Stormpay or Moneybookers. We may add or
remove processors in the future. Just go to the Join ASMshares page for payment buttons. However, the monthly payouts are made using only e-Bullion or Stormpay so you must have one of these two accounts - if you do not have at least one of these two then click on the processor link to open an account.
When making a payment please put your email address in the Memo field as otherwise there is no way for us to get in contact with you. We will then send you a confirmation email and generate a unique member ID for you. Please keep this email safe, or better still, print it out so that you have your membership details to hand. Please allow up to 5 days for processing as this is all done manually for your security and for ours. Your account will start on the day of deposit and as we operate on a monthly cycle it makes no difference whether we take 5 minutes or 5 days to process.
Can I change my membership details?
For security reasons you may only change details under exceptional circumstances, so please make sure your email address is entered correctly and is able to accept emails from us. You will only be able to change procesor account details if the account you gave has been closed but we will verify this with the processor before accepting any changes. I would advise everybody to have the maximum security settings on for whichever processor you are using, for example, the AccSent PIN enabled within their egold account or the CryptoCard for e-bullion. If you need to change your email address please try and do so from your current email address. If we are unable to contact you your account will be temporarily suspended and will not earn interest, but we will reactivate it as soon as we have established contact again and your deposit will not be lost. If we are unable to establish contact for 180 days we will delete your account and your deposit will be added to that month's distribution.
What are the long-term objectives of ASMshares?
We are serious about this being a long-term programme. We will be registering a company very soon and will announce details here once that has been completed. We are always actively investigating other sources of income and will announce any major changes to our strategy. As stated before, we want to spend as much time as possible earning money for us all. As the scheme grows there may come a time when we may close to new members as a way of ensuring continued profits for existing members. We will announce any changes in good time so that members may make an informed decision of their options.
What is your Privacy Policy?
We keep your details offline for security purposes and will never pass them on to any third party unless required to by law. We store your email address and egold account number only for the management of your account. If you ever decide to withdraw all deposits and close your account your personal details will be deleted and we will only keep your membership ID for accounting purposes.
Disclaimer
We will manage ASMshares in the best interest of all its members. We will strive to maintain interest payments as high as we can and consistent with long-term growth, but you must be aware that payments are of a variable amount and can drop as low as zero in the unlikely event of us making zero profits in any one month. Only deposit money you can comfortably afford to lose. Our one guarantee is that your deposit is safe, and if we were to close the scheme then we will refund any deposits less any interest that had already been paid out. This refund may be paid within an unspecified period of time but normally within one year.
