These are the Terms and Conditions in which Traffic-accelerator.net and its members will agree to and operate by. Traffic-accelerator.net reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Users should periodically check this page for updates and modifications.
When you sign up for a Traffic-accelerator.net account, you agree to the following terms:
Traffic-accelerator.net is not an Investment company, HYIP or Matrix based system. Traffic-accelerator.net is a traffic exchange and advertising program that provides a unique system where any user, as a Traffic-accelerator.net member, can purchase advertising from and/or earn money to view the advertising of other members. We give all of our members the opportunity to both advertise and earn commissions on their ad buys, or simply earn money provided they meet the minimum surfing requirements below.
In order to earn money with Traffic-accelerator.net you must view the advertising of our members through our automatic slideshow located in your control panel in the Members Area. You are required to view a minimum of 12 ads a day for 12 seconds each.
Traffic-accelerator.net has the sole discretion in the approval or denial of any site.
The following sites are prohibited from advertising: Adult Content, Offensive or Racially insensitive materials, hate sites, multiple or viral pop-ups, frame freezers, frame breakers, forwarding or redirection or any site deemed unacceptable by Traffic-accelerator.net.
All payments made to Traffic-accelerator.net are for the purchase of advertising. These payments are not investments or deposits of any kind! The money we pay members is a payment for the service provided by them, viewing other member's websites. All ad units purchased are non-refundable; any attempt to chargeback or reverse payment from Traffic-accelerator.net may result in immediate account termination. Any account involved in defrauding Traffic-accelerator.net in any way will be terminated and all earnings and referral commission will be returned to Traffic-accelerator.net without any notice.
Members must be 18 years of age or older to participate in Traffic-accelerator.net. Our program isto all international members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.
Members must agree to and use your own name and email address in the sign up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not signup multiple times with different email addresses. Members are allowed one Traffic-accelerator.net account only. There are no exceptions to the rule. Anyone found in violation will have all accounts suspended without warning and all earnings withheld. Our IP verification system will keep this enforced.
Members are fully responsible for insuring that anyone they refer to the site uses that members correct referral link in order to sign up. Traffic-accelerator.net will not be responsible for changing the referrers after the fact should a mistake of this nature occur. All emails requesting such will not be acknowledged.
Any account that remains inactive (no surfing) for more than 14 days will be deleted and any referral commissions earned returned to Traffic-accelerator.net.
Spamming is absolutely prohibited and will result to immediate account cancellation and loss of all earnings.
A payment ID is the Egold account you use for transactions with our program. A single payment ID cannot be associated with any more that one Traffic-accelerator.net account.
If e-gold is closed down, or interfere with the ability of Traffic-accelerator.net to process or pay users, it is understood and agreed by users that this activity is out of the control of Traffic-accelerator.net and Traffic-accelerator.net shall not be liable for any delay or loss suffered by user. User agrees to hold harmless Traffic-accelerator.net for any actions by or against e-gold that may affect the ability of Traffic-accelerator.net to pay the users. It may become necessary for the administrator of Traffic-accelerator.net to close down for unforeseen or uncontrollable events involving our reserve fund, customer participation, technical issues, or legislation.
Traffic-accelerator.net does not make any promises or guarantees of income success. All users acknowledge that the purchase of an "Advertising Package" is for the purpose of obtaining internet advertising and viewing traffic. Traffic-accelerator.net is IS NOT AN INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY!
Any members found in violation of the above are subject to immediate account cancellation and loss of all earnings.
